We distill Chalong Bay Cinnamon using a rare distillation method – steam infusion, without added flavors or sugars.
During a single distillation, we extract the vapors from our 100% pure natural Thai cane juice, and direct them through an infusion vessel containing natural cinnamon, before condensing them and giving birth to Chalong Bay Cinnamon.
