Through our uncompromising quest for authenticity and naturalness, we wanted to offer you a white spiced rum, produced during distillation from natural Thai and Southeast Asian ingredients, without added flavors or sugars. .
We distill Chalong Bay White Spiced using a rare distillation method – steam infusion.

During a single distillation, we extract the vapors from our 100% pure natural Thai cane juice, and direct them through an infusion vessel containing 9 natural ingredients, before condensing them and giving birth to Chalong Bay White Spiced. Cinnamon, vanilla, chili pepper, orange… can you identify the other ingredients? All are grown in Thailand, except for the vanilla which we couldn't find locally.

Discover a pure and natural rum, without additives, made from Thai ingredients grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides in partnership with small local farmers, in a sustainable way, and produced with French know-how and distillation equipment. Tasting notes:
