This small batch of two barrels from the Chalong Bay distillery (558 bottles in total) is the very first in a collection of limited editions inspired by the Thai lunar calendar, called Lunar Series .
Each year is symbolized by an animal and 2022 is dedicated to the Tiger ( Lunar Series #1 )
Distilled in Thailand then aged for 20 months in ex-bourbon barrels in Gers (France), this rum was bottled at its natural strength.
Remarkable in its precision and purity of expression, its aromatic and taste palette reveals itself to be increasingly complex.
