This small batch of two barrels from the Chalong Bay distillery (558 bottles in total) is the very first in a collection of limited editions inspired by the Thai lunar calendar, called Lunar Series .
Each year is symbolized by an animal and 2022 is dedicated to the Tiger ( Lunar Series #1 )
Distilled in Thailand then aged for 20 months in ex-bourbon barrels, this rum was bottled at its natural strength.
Remarkable in its precision and purity of expression, its aromatic and taste palette reveals itself to be increasingly complex.
