Description :

We take you to discover unexplored notes in the world of rum, and invite you to travel through Thai culinary art with Chalong Bay Thai Sweet Basil, full of character, originality and depth.

In search of authenticity and natural purity, we distill Chalong Bay Basil using a rare distillation method – steam infusion, without added flavors or sugars.

During a single distillation, we extract the vapors from our 100% pure natural Thai cane juice, and direct them through an infusion vessel containing fresh Thai sweet basil leaves carefully prepared by hand, before condensing them and to give birth to Chalong Bay Basil.

Discover a pure and natural rum, without additives, made from Thai ingredients grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides in partnership with small local farmers, in a sustainable way, and produced with French know-how and distillation equipment. Both exotic and subtle, Chalong Bay Basilic stands out for its depth and complexity, as well as its spicy notes.
